RadarImageWelcome to RadarGen

The life expectancy of ATC radar systems is usually ten to fifteen years. When old technology becomes superseded, most users prefer to replace their equipment.

Watchman radar (developed by Plessey Radar Ltd during the 1980s) breaks these rules; one reason is that the technology used in the basic sensor was well in advance of it’s time, and the design is still more than adequate to cope with 21st century demand.

RadarGen is able to make a genuine contribution to maintenance of Watchman and other legacy radar systems, and we are confident that we can help to keep them running reliably into the future.

RadarGen is acutely aware of the it’s responsibilities as a contributor to the safety of the Flying Public.
